Book 1 covers communication—giving and
receiving clear directions, working with people, asking the right questions, listening
effectively, negotiating, and more. Book 2 covers personal development—meeting employer
expectations, being a team player, accepting positive and negative feedback, improving
self image, taking risks, handling responsibility, and preparing for future success.
